You must be at least 13 years old to use Latency Killer. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service and to enter into these Terms.

You must use the service in compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use Latency Killer on the number of personal computers permitted by your plan (Free/Premium: 1 PC; Lifetime: 3 PCs)
• Use the optimization features for your personal, non-commercial use

You may not:

• Sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where allowed by law
• Bypass, remove, or modify any license or DRM mechanisms
• Use the software in cloud gaming services, internet cafés, or any commercial deployment without a separate license
• Use the software to harm any computer system you don't own

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current information. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Lifetime is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges.

Prices may change for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are protected — your price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The optimizations will produce specific FPS or latency results — actual results depend on your hardware, network, and game

While our optimizations are tested extensively, they modify Windows registry and system settings. You acknowledge that you are using the software at your own risk. We strongly recommend creating a System Restore Point before applying tweaks (Premium does this automatically).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latency Killer and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Where possible, we will give you advance notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless local law requires otherwise.
