We want you to love Latency Killer. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund you in full within 30 days. No questions asked, no awkward calls, no fine print games. Here's how it works.
01.Who Qualifies
Our money-back guarantee covers all paid plans:
- Premium Monthly — full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Premium Yearly — full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Lifetime — full refund within 30 days of purchase
The guarantee applies to your first purchase only — repeat purchases of the same plan are not eligible. Subscription renewals are also not eligible (you can cancel before renewal to avoid being charged).
02.How to Request a Refund
It's easy:
- Email us at billing@latency-killer.com from the email address on your account
- Mention that you'd like a refund (you don't have to explain why, but we'd love any feedback)
- Include your order ID or transaction reference if you have it (otherwise we'll find it)
We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund itself takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
03.What Happens After Your Refund
Once your refund is approved:
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately
- Premium features are locked back to Free tier
- Your account remains active — you can keep using the free version
- Your Free tier optimizations remain applied (you can revert them anytime)
You're welcome to try Latency Killer again in the future. There's no ban or restriction on getting a refund — it just means the eligibility window for that plan is used up.
04.Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Subscription renewals (cancel before the renewal date instead)
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Repeat purchases of a previously refunded plan
If you believe your situation is unique, email us anyway. We're reasonable people and we treat every case individually.
05.Cancelling Without a Refund
If you're past the 30-day window and just want to cancel future renewals, you can do that anytime from your dashboard at /dashboard. Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
